Taylor attended the 2013 Billboard Music Awards last night and looked absolutely stunning in her gorgeous blue dress. She performed her new single ’22′ and definitely did such a fantastic job. Taylor performed another show in St. Louis, Missouri last night during her ‘Red’ tour (March 19th). She also had Nelly come out and sing with her during the show.
